Description
**Job Description: - Ensure RMA for repair/upgrade are processed in time.- Involve in First Article build and prepare and compile FA reports.
- Be part of safety committee and RA team and contribute to the preparation of RA Report.
- Maintain and update stock code and BOM in ERP system.
- Assist engineering department to attend to and troubleshoot product failure.
- Able to attend to technical enquiries raised by production and resolve issues with minimum supervision.
- Update engineering documents and keep records up to date.
- Participate and able to contribute to engineering continuous improvement program
- Execute adhoc tasks that are assigned to.
- Update and incharge of migration of OMS and WI
- GDT knowledge and able to interpret engineering drawing
- Able to interpret schematic diagram
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD
- Knowledge in ERP System
