- Responsible for dealing with any and all customer's enquiries relating to air-conditioning solutions, products and services the Company offers
- Handle customer feedback and able to offer service recovery (when required), while adhering to company policies
- Responsible for increasing sales and profits for the Company by following through cold calls, quotations, preparation of invoices, ensuring prompt payment
- Competent in communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders via email and phone calls
- Reporting to Operation Manager
- Good working attitude and able to propose constructive suggestions to improve work processes
- Administrative work relating to main job duties or ad-hoc duties (when required)
- Knowledge on air-conditioning products and services is advantageous
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Matured, commited, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
- Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
- Able to start to work immediately or within short notice
- Alternate Saturday work-week
- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Nearby to Ubi MRT and bus stops
- Entry-level with willingness to learn is welcomed too
