Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and execution of highprofile construction projects, including landmark buildings, infrastructure upgrades, and complex renovations.
Develop innovative project management strategies and methodologies to address unique challenges and maximize project outcomes.
Navigate complex regulatory environments, permitting processes, and stakeholder dynamics to ensure project compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Champion sustainability and resilience initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, integrating green building practices, renewable energy solutions, and resilient design principles.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery, leveraging emerging technologies, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
Manage highstakes negotiations, contractual disputes, and claims resolution processes with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams comprising architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Implement rigorous risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success in dynamic and uncertain environments.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff, cultivating a culture of excellence, integrity, and professional development.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights to inform decisionmaking and drive business growth.
Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and professional associations, showcasing thought leadership and promoting the company's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Minimum 6 years in progressively responsible project management roles within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing largescale, highcomplexity projects.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a deep understanding of project lifecycle management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, build consensus, and drive collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
Extensive knowledge of construction industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
