    Description

    Position Overview:
    Customer Success Engineer provides technical support and ensures the success of our client's post-implementation. He/She is an authority on product architecture in its entirety, showcasing individual expertise in software

    and adept knowledge of its integration with hardware.


    Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients, CSE will liaise with the hardware team for specific technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Expertise:
    Develop a deep understanding of company's products, from software to hardware, ensuring comprehensive support across our technology suite.

    Software Support:
    Provide expert software support, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

    Maintenance Management:

    Implement and manage software maintenance processes, actively monitoring and analysing activities to identify improvement areas, and managing preventative maintenance schedules.


    Solution Maintenance:

    Oversee the ongoing maintenance of software and platform solutions, ensuring they are current, optimized, and operating effectively within the client's infrastructure.


    Hardware Liaison:
    Collaborate closely with the hardware team, addressing hardware-related concerns, and providing timely resolutions to clients.

    Client Relationship:
    Own direct communication with clients, actively engaging and guiding them through resolution processes to successful outcomes.

    Documentation and Analysis:
    Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct regular sales data analysis, and prepare reports that inform strategic decisions.

    Technical Demonstrations:
    Assist the Sales/BD Director in delivering insightful sales presentations and product demonstrations, translating technical capabilities into client value.

    Qualifications:
    Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field.

    At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer

    Proficiency in back-end development using Entity Framework, C#, .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL, and RESTful Web API.

    Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

    Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

    Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

    Experience in Inventory Management System, Warehouse Management System and SAP is a plus.

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
