Responsibilities:

To provide HR administrative support to relevant stakeholders in Singapore, PRC and Hong Kong.


Including but not limited to:

  • Managing administrative tasks and preparing paperwork relating to the employee lifecycle processes (offers of employment, onboarding, joiners, leavers, staff changes,: paternity leave, maternity leave, secondment, sick lease and other absences, change in job/status, etc.)
  • Liaising and updating the Payroll team and others as necessary regarding all joiners, leavers, changes, etc.
  • Ensuring that the HR system, Holiday and Absence Tracking System, Firm's Intranet Directory and any other relevant systems, are kept up to date and comply with data protection legislation
  • Conducting monthly reporting tasks to maintain all Reed Smith HR Systems and keeping key stakeholders up to date
  • Maintaining up to date efiling systems to comply with data protection legislation.
  • Assist HR Business Partner/HR Managers in daily administration and adhoc tasks.

  • At least 1 year of experience in the HR field in the professional services sector
