Roles & Responsibilities

Full oversight and management of Cash Accounts as a product, ensuring the processes are robust, simplify and sustainable in the long run
Ideate innovative ways to enhance customer's account services journey with the bank through their corporate accounts, including digitisation of documents and simplifying signing mandate.
Translate ideation to implementation framework and execute timely on project delivery in shaping the overall Accounts vision and roadmap
Work with Business Units, Operations and Technology, Legal and Compliance to simplify account services journey, achieve cost efficiency and mitigate risks with improved user experience
Oversee the build of the product and Gotomarket execution, including setting the relevant metrics to drive commercialisation and measure success
Track effectiveness of various initiatives through use of data and engagement with Finance and Analytics.
Keep abreast of industry and competitor development.

Qualifications

Requirements:

University graduate from a reputable university with 57 years working experience, preferably with some experience in account services
Passionate in developing a career within Global Transaction Bank.
Good understanding of business/corporate setup and industry development.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to draw insights from data and influence decisions.
Independent, selfdriven and highly motivated individual.
Meticulous, keen eye for details and yet not lose sight of the big picture.
Curious mindset to find answers with a strong desire to learn.
