. Knowledge of varieties of Indian Spice.
. Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.
. Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
. Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
. Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
. Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
. Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.
. Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
