    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilites

    • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
    • Placing orders and managing admin-related purchase orders
    • Issuing uniforms and accessories to new hires and tracking inventory
    • Liaising with Finance and suppliers for invoice payments
    • Supporting company-wide employee engagement activities
    • Verifying business expense claims and leave records
    • Maintaining employee files and HR documents
    • Preparing HR headcount reports
    • Screening job applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
    • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Monitoring renewal for licensing courses and managing training invoices
    • Liaising with Finance and trainers for invoice payments

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma and above
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant HR and administration with real estate industry
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Fluent in English and other language skills will be a plus.
