The Role

This is a full-time hybrid Senior Technical Coordinator / Designer position based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home. You will play a dual role: working independently to lead and manage your own sets of technical drawings, while also supporting the project team and Director on more complex project deliverables. At the senior level, you will be expected to take ownership of the full technical documentation lifecycle — from early design coordination through to authority submissions — and to bring a level of experience and judgement that elevates the quality and efficiency of the entire team. You will also have exposure to site supervision and direct consultant coordination, making this a well-rounded role with real breadth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation and management of comprehensive architectural drawings for technical coordination and authority submissions, including under the new Regulatory Approval of Building Works (RABW) process
• Work both independently on your own drawing sets and in close support of the Senior Architect / Associate
• Coordinate technical drawings with structural, M&E, and other consultants to ensure cross-discipline consistency and accuracy
• Assist with site supervision — verifying that works on site are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Manage drawing registers, revisions, and submission records with rigour and consistency
• Ensure all documentation meets Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority requirements
• Guide and check the work of junior team members where required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of drawing standards, templates, and BIM workflows within the practice

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Architecture, Design, or a related field from a recognised Polytechnic (or equivalent)
• At least 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in architectural draughting and technical drawing production
• Proven experience leading and preparing architectural drawing sets for authority submissions and technical coordination
• Hands-on familiarity with the new Regulatory Approval process for Building Works (RABW) — candidates with direct RABW submission experience will be strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D visualisation and design communication
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite for presentation and documentation purposes
• Solid understanding of Singapore building codes and regulations
• Experience coordinating with structural, M&E, and other consultants
• Exposure to site supervision and construction administration
• Meticulous attention to detail — you check your work, and then you check it again
• Ability to independently manage multiple drawing sets and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with consultants and authorities
