World renowned investment bank/ financial services institution- Supporting the key leadership in the business
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading American Investment Banking company with a vision to expand their office in Singapore.
They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two of the top leaders in the SG office and to build a strong foundation in admin and support as they continue to increase in headcount and expand.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendar and booking travels for the leaders
- Researching and managing their events and conference enrolment
- Supporting to manage the office vendors and office facilities
- Providing admin support to the office or the HK office on a Adhoc basis
- Setting up comprehensive SOPs and standards of operations for admin team in SG
- Potentially supporting in other projects and events
The Successful Applicant:
- at least 5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services industry in order to know the key events in the industry
- proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
