Then come and join our global team as Project Manager to work closely together with the Sales team, Key Account Manager to support presales activity which include planning, designating project resources, preparing budgets, execution of projects, monitoring progress and actively communication with all stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will manage the projects from point of sales (presales) until customer hand over (project implementation completion)
  • You will provide project management support in terms of technical coordination, scheduling and scope identification for presales activities.
  • You will establish and maintain transparent communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will monitor commercial efficiency and address topics that potentially impact profitability of any projects.
  • You will be establishing and managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders (internal/external)
  • Your scope of responsibility includes these 3 main areas:
  • Pre-Sales Support
  • You will work closely together with the Key Account Managers of the Sales team to support presales activity.
  • You will engage in site assessments to review project feasibility based on technical assessment while understanding customers' needs.
  • You will activate and coordinate with Site Planner to draft a site preparation proposal for further evaluation of equipment layout and scopes required.
  • You will prepare and submit project implementation proposal with risk assessments identified during presales to meet customer needs.
  • Using the implementation proposal and technical assessment, you will work with procurement team to generate site preparation scopes/quote as part of final proposal.
  • 2. Order Execution Phase
  • You will be the main interface during the project for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will continuously monitor and update project milestone status under PM tracking tools (Bridge SENSE), and ensure timely updates to project status.
  • You will ensure that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed in accordance with the awarded proposal.
  • You will continuously ensure cycle times between each project milestones are within performance baselines (e.g. cycle time between exfactory, delivery to site, installation start/end, and final handover).
  • You will provide regular meetings and review stations with all stakeholders involved in the project implementation.
  • You will identify and address risks prior to and during implementation while ensuring project deliverables remain within planned schedule, cost and scope.
  • You will coordinate schedule and resources for timely system delivery, installation and required user training.
  • You will oversee and ensure proper project documentation throughout implementation, e.g., delivery note, change management forms, minutes of meeting, Gantt charts, and project completion/handover certificate.
  • You will continuously manage and ensure change management communication channels are established for project plan deviations (scope/schedule/cost changes).
  • 3. Quality & Regulatory
  • You are responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up with the relevant assigned quality training in a timely manner.
  • You are responsible to ensure all relevant project documents described above are filed and kept according to Quality and Internal control requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with experience in project management within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, regardless of position/title.
  • Experience in crisis control and management and are able to demonstrate situational awareness and assessment.
