    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    You will have the opportunity to take part in a guided process of creating and editing content to facilitate engagement with PCS' stakeholders, observe and contribute to the Corporate Communication team's planning process, and gain experience on managing both internal and public relations.

    You will also expand your variety of communication styles to engage with audiences of varying demographics and on different platforms. Learn how to track and measure performance of online and offline outreach.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Writing for News, Feature, and the Web

    • Draft posts for social media and websites
    • Draft articles for print media
    • Draft press releases
    • Translation (depending on language proficiency)

    2. Location Production

    • Assist in filming
    • Assist in post-production editing

    3. Graphic Design

    • Create artwork for print and online publications/platforms

    4. Data Archival

    • Assist in archival of all media and other relevant data
    • Assist in maintaining archived files

    5. Strategic Planning

    • Sit in during team meetings and discussions
    • Contribute ideas and suggestions to publicity campaigns

    Job Requirements

    • Proficient in written and spoken English (if able to do Chinese-English translation would be a plus)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficient in using design software – such as Canva or Adobe
    • Proficient in using Social Media platforms
    • Interested in making a positive impact in the community (especially in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities/special needs)
    • Preferably has a diploma in Mass Communication or a related field of study in media or communication
