Description

We are partnering with a global real estate investment manager in search for a newly created position, Senior Manager, Investor marketing.

This person will be responsible for developing, executing and managing a comprehensive external investor marketing and communications strategy that complements the firm's corporate strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a multifaceted, robust communication and messaging strategy designed to generate new investor interest
Craft key messages for investment management as well as Company as a fiduciary
Partner with different internal groups (special projects, digital, public relations, events, etc) to programmatically get in front of and attract new investors through marketing
Create original content / campaigns / events and monitor KPIs
Assist with lead generation through campaign results
Serve as a strategic liaison to Investment Management in the planning, management, and execution of various projects related to capital raising across institutional and retail opportunities
Highlight new fund ideas and products to address investor interest

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with Min 8 years' work experience in financial services, preferably in asset management (real estate)
