    Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Motor Vehicle Rental Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers seeking vehicle rental solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement and Sales:Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
      Describe the vehicles available for rent, including their features and benefits.
    2. Rental Process Management:Complete rental agreements and process payments.
      Explain rental terms, conditions, and policies.
    3. Vehicle Inspection and Preparation:Inspect vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition before rental.
      Coordinate with the maintenance team for any required repairs or servicing.
    4. Customer Service and Support:Resolve any customer complaints or issues regarding vehicle rentals.
      Provide information about additional services and promotions.
    5. Record Keeping:Maintain records related to rentals, agreements, and inventory.
      Monitor and manage the fleet's availability and utilization.
    6. Market Awareness:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
      Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Experience in sales, customer service, or in a similar role in the vehicle rental industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of vehicles and their operation.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
    • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
