Overseeing data projects, operations and initiatives regionally in both Commercial and Medical areasOverseeing analytics operations in the region in alignment with global data operations/engineering teamsTo be able to support and partner in country data operations and engineering leads, specifically China, Japan & CanadaDevelop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, able to build/contribute to building systems to efficiently ingest and transform data into meaningful insightsLead/participate technical discussion forums with global, regional and country counterpartsVendor management, measure, improve and control for any existing/ new strategic partners support all data workOversee region data security and complianceManage relationships with Technology heads from each countries, including business and commercial teams and global support teamsRequirements:
Bachelor Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

At least 10 years of established experience in a relevant technology role, especially in data management and data tools build capability (MSFT Power Platform)Knowledge in commercial operations/excellence, field force effectivenessKnowledge of AI/ML, Gen AIStrong stakeholder's engagement and management skills are important to work across all cross functional teamsClear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
