- field servicing Leica Microsystems with key products Medical/Stereo microscopes and EM Sample Preparation.
- Installation of new instruments and assist with product demonstrations
- Actively involved in identifying instrument failures and providing detailed failure analysis in the field to help improve overall field efficiency, customer satisfaction and drive improvement solutions.
- Maintenance of demo instruments to ensure excellent working order
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service by providing safe, timely and accurate repairs in a courteous and professional manner
- Working closely with the Service Admin team to ensure timely delivery of quality of customer service
- Maintain accurate instrument service reports and documentation through online service documentation systems.
