Job Summary:

We specialize in the design and development of a series of semiconductor equipment, customized to meet the unique processing and automation requirements of our customers


Our focus areas include:

  • 5 days work per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Weekend off
  • Located at Ang Mo kio
  • AWS

Responsibility:


  • Implementing consistent design practices to ensure compatibility and uniformity across the equipment series.
  • Thoroughly assessing costs and efficiently managing projects, including material sourcing, manufacturing processes, assembly, quality control, and testing, to ensure timely and costeffective completion.
  • Incorporating design principles that optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, resulting in efficient production. Concurrent engineering promotes collaboration between disciplines to minimize errors and enhance productivity.
  • Developing wellengineered circuitry for controlling and manipulating pneumatic or hydraulic systems within the semiconductor equipment. This includes selecting suitable components, valves, actuators, and control mechanisms.
  • Producing comprehensive drawings that provide precise instructions for fabrication, assembly, and component arrangement within the equipment.
  • Carefully choosing standardized components readily available in the market, such as motors, sensors, controllers, and interface modules. This ensures compatibility, availability, and reliable performance.
  • Engaging in the creation of new products as well as sustaining engineering and Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) for existing equipment. This involves incorporating customer feedback, addressing issues, and enhancing performance and functionality.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D solid modeling, preferably Pro-E. Knowledge of other software such as Solid Edge, Auto Inventor, Mechanical Desktop, or Solid Designer is also acceptable.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of effectively coordinating and executing projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
  • Designing ultra-high precision machines.
  • Designing highspeed pick and place mechanisms.
  • Conducting structural, kinematics, and dynamic analysis, including FEA simulation.
  • Performing geometrical tolerance and dimensional analysis, such as stackup error analysis.
  • Troubleshooting design issues and providing solutions.
