Description
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years working experience as a Project Manager
  • Knowledge and experienced in the following technology areas will be advantageous:
  • J2EE-based solution & development for WebSphere/WebLogic Application Servers and Oracle/MSSQL Database Servers.
  • Domain Knowledge in National ID Cards, E-Passports, Biometrics, Smart Cards, Immigration Clearance Gates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills ability to build good relationship with external customers, vendors and colleagues.
  • A good team player with strong leadership qualities.
  • Project Management Certifications such as CITPM or PMP or Agile related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous.
  • Selfmotivated, resultoriented, organized and ability to work independently with priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, reporting of project and deployment progress and plan
