    Summary

    You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources operations within our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.     Responsibilities

  • Create job advertisements and manage job portals
  • Screen candidates, arrange and conduct job interviews
  • Manage foreign worker pass applications and renewals
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
  • Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters
  • Work Experience

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in the hospitality, retail or F&B industry
  • Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
