- Develop Industrial market – Cocoa & Chocolate portfolio & business into Export markets (EM), for cocoa & chocolate, in coordination with the extended sales structure in export regions.
- Coordinate with regional Product Line Management in Export Markets (EM) to develop customer opportunities , projects & strategic priorities
- Managing internal stakeholders (Product Development, Operations & Production) to ensure smooth execution and minimize value leakage
- Actively provide pricing and market intelligence to strategic pricing team
- Collaborate with Product Development Team on portfolio improvements acting as the "voice of customer" connection to internal stakeholders.
- Pursue new market segments and opportunities for business development, calculating return and investment.
- Monitor market development activities to align with company business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience

The Export Sales Manager Industrial's role is to manage/achieve the commercial targets of the Export Markets through the extended sales structure in regional markets – Go To Market Sales & regional Product Line Managers (PLM). The focus is to cascade Asia Pacific's B2B Industrial Cocoa & Chocolate expansion strategies into regional markets by collaborating with internal stakeholders with specific focus on margin improvement & portfolio enhancement.
