  • Present a positive and professional image, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, guests and tenants
  • Guide and assist visitors, answering calls, and directing visitors
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless communication with the housekeeping and Facility Management teams
  • Master the office agenda and calendars, efficiently scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Play a vital role in meeting room and event setup, ensuring everything is flawlessly prepared
  • Uphold the client's brand image with a polished appearance and professional conduct
  • Handling and administering of lost and found items
  • Process and manage all promotions, events and gift redemption
  • Managing the car park registering processes for tenants
  • Handle feedback and complaints from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions
  • Other administration and housekeeping duties as required
