Job Description:
- Present a positive and professional image, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, guests and tenants
- Guide and assist visitors, answering calls, and directing visitors
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless communication with the housekeeping and Facility Management teams
- Master the office agenda and calendars, efficiently scheduling meetings and appointments
- Play a vital role in meeting room and event setup, ensuring everything is flawlessly prepared
- Uphold the client's brand image with a polished appearance and professional conduct
- Handling and administering of lost and found items
- Process and manage all promotions, events and gift redemption
- Managing the car park registering processes for tenants
- Handle feedback and complaints from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions
- Other administration and housekeeping duties as required
