Operations Assistant - Singapore - TANGLIN CORPORATION PTE. LTD.
Description
The Admin Assistant handles all relevant administrative support for tenants residing in dormitories.A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Manage residents' information including check in/out of resident, allocation of room/bed for residents and update door list
- Upkeep of master list of all residents, Maintain accurate and timely update of residents' master profile
- Prepare residents' reports
- Monitor residents' work pass expiration
- Process delivery orders (DOs) and invoices
- Prepare purchase requisition for hardware and stationery
- Update maintenance schedule and contract expiry
- Keep records of dormitory defects, rectifications and costs.
- Provide monthly maintenance report
- Monitor dormitory utilities usage
- Assist in general administrative duties like attendance recording, despatch arrangement & leave management
