BIM MODELLER:

Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm


Location:
The Adelphi, Singapore **(City Hall)
$


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed shop job/working drawings (Architectural/Structural) to aid project construction.
  • Coordinate and rectify errors in plans and specifications with Architects/Engineers/M&E.
  • Assist site colleagues in providing timely and accurate shop drawings for construction.
  • Consult with site colleagues to resolve drawing discrepancies, redesign, and minimize issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to prepare accurate drawings for site use.
  • Create asbuilt drawings for project completion submission/handover to clients/consultants.
  • Utilize BIM software for Arch/M&E/Structural drawing.
  • Support tender processes in BIM/drafting as required.
  • Attend technical meetings when necessary.
