Finance Controller - Singapore - EASTERN EPIC CAPITALS PTE. LTD.

Description

The Accounting and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

• Manage the daytoday accounting and financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ACRA and MAS's finance related regulatory requirements, including financial reporting requirements for licensed fund management companies in Singapore.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all MAS's regulatory requirements and internal policies, and liaise with external Compliance & Risk management providers.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the company.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to the management team, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Manage the payroll system/service providers and the related taxations.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a licensed fund management company in Singapore
• Strong understanding of ACRA's relevant regulations and regulatory requirements for fund management companies in Singapore
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
