Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource.
  • Onboarding new hire and conduct induction program.
  • Develop, implement and review all HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment related laws, regulations and corporate policies.
  • Maintain continuous employee engagement and employee relationship
  • Have good understanding of the business units, partner with business units to formulate and implement policies to deliver on its strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with business units on forecasting future hiring and operational needs, analyzing and streamlining processes and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for annual business plan budgeting for employees' cost and expenses.
  • Involves in payroll, compensation and staff benefits, and talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Develop and provide training and career development programs, conducting annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Assess company developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies /arrange

Requirements:


  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant work experience.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
