3-8 years experience in managing projects as vendor/consultant (not PM in in-house environment)

Work closely with clients to gather/refine functional, integration, and user interface requirements
Write and/or analyze user stories and assist developers with determining optimal system solution
Engage crossfunctional clients in workshops and interviews to analyze business process to align functional requirements
Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/standard practices, approaches, and processes
Lead clients through system implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
Support change management by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
Work with Project Manager to provide timely and accurate project status information and escalate project issues proactively

Requirements:

- [At least] 3-8 years' experience in client service role; familiar with client-focused mode of working

Experience operating in Agile/Scrum setting for technology development and implementation projects
Strong academic degree from any academic majors (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred)
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think outofthebox
Selfmotivated and able to work in demanding situations with changing priorities
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
