Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR, audit schedules, etc), cashflow management.
Ensure proper bookkeeping, track all transactions, and perform data entry into the accounting system.
Perform daytoday financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data.
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Ensure timely, accurate monthend closing and financial reporting to Management
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/ ), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Assist with yearend financial audits and the preparation of month/yearend accounts and statutory finance statements.
