• Endorsing Certificate of Origin and Electronic Certificate of Origin & other supporting trade documents
• Daily closing of CO and preparing daily and monthly reports for CO and ECO and also sales of co blank forms.
• Daily filing of CO and ECO documents.
• Archive of co and ECO documents with C&P infobank Pte Ltd.
• CO Telemarketing for CO & ECO via phone, fax, and emails and also attending to walk-in customers and phone enquires.
• Any task that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Business administration or related field.
• Min 1 years of trade regulations, including knowledge of certificate of origin requirements.
• Experience in custom documentation or a similar role within the export environment if preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
