Description

• Oversee day to day factory operations
• Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance
• Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
• Supervision of team members and ensuring store operational protocols are met
• Liaison point for retail staff, coordinating HR movements with back office HR manager
• Coordination with third party logistics providers on receipt and delivery of product to stores
• Accounting for inventory and financial matters in store
• Review of key decisions to management
• Able to work with long working hours, weekend and public holiday
