**Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities


As a Business Development Manager, your mandate will be to support the Company in developing new business opportunities,and building strong client relationships in the acquisition of work.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and preparing management reports
  • Develop and maintain clients' network and relationships
  • Achieving preset targets agreed
  • General secretarial and clerical functions
  • Maintaining accurate updated records and work flow
  • Supporting strategic positioning and messaging for the Company's business development initiatives
  • Promoting bestpractice business development processes and policies within the Company
  • Attending Meetings and Online Calls
  • Negotiate claims with insurance companies
  • Legal Research
  • Drafting of Letters and Agreements
  • Drafting of Court Documents
  • Assisting Lawyers with Preparing Legal Memorandums
  • Conducting Searches
  • Business Development Activities
  • Undertake other job duties / responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business development / sales / marketing experience in a Singapore Law Company
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in client relationship management, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong command of English, enjoys writing reports and other forms of communications
  • A genuine enthusiasm to be a part of a busy team
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A proactive, positive and 'can do' mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
