Management Trainee - Singapore - Beijing 101 Hair Consultants

Description

You will be fully prepared for the job, going through 6 months of enriching training in different roles: Learn to perform hair treatments on customers, present scalp analysis, do sales consultation and finally, manage an outlet under the mentorship of a Branch Manager

After training, you will be appointed either as a Branch Manager, a Sales Supervisor or a Consultant.

Responsibilities

• ​ Achieve your own personal sales target
• Assist Branch Manager to drive outlet sales and meet sales targets
• Optimise resources to ensure your team members hit their personal and outlet sales targets
• Manage outlet inventory to ensure accuracy of stock level and proper records of transactions
• Manage merchandise and other marketing displays
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including planning roster, coaching staff, monitoring performances and moderating staff grievances

Prerequisites

You would be an achiever and a team player, focussed on meeting sales targets. And be able to work retail hours. In addition, you should possess:

• 2 years of retail sales experience in the Skincare, Beauty or Hair Care industry
• Supervisory experience in managing a team.
• Proven performance in sales with a personal sales record between $40K and $100K
• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
