Job description

  • This is a temporary 6 months role._
  • Organise and schedule meetings between internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors for Small Value Purchases
  • Provide the administrative support (including filing and data entry) in Procurement Department
  • Resourceful, selfdriven, proactive and independent worker
  • Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
  • Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
  • Undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications NITEC in Logistics Management / Business Administration, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Working conditions Office environment and working with key personnel at the various MWS centres
  • Physical requirements Ambulant
  • Competencies 1. Communication skills 2. MSN Office
  • Technical Competencies 1. Excellent communications skills with suppliers and internal customers.
