    Objectives of this RoleAct as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsWork with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsDaily and Weekly ResponsibilitiesTake inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsStay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needsMeet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve businessGenerate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organizationIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlyJob RequirementsProfessional experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in IT/ Technology/ Engineering domainPreferably possess 3-5 years of experiencePrior experience servicing public sector is advantageousProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedbackAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood attention to detail and organizational skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of dataAdaptability and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallyUnderstanding of consumer behaviors and industry trendsAdequate, accurate product knowledge.
