• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm)
• 44 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Advanced clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities include:
  Provide leadership, supervision to a team of social workers, caseworkers or other support staff
• Oversee complex cases, ensuring that appropriate interventions and services are provided, and conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
• Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of social services
• Work to influence policies and practices that impact the well-being of the residents, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the organization
• Provide training sessions and workshops for staff and stay updated on relevant research and best practices in social work
• Handle administrative tasks related to programme management, such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulations
• Respond to crises and emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree in Social Work
• 3 years of direct practice, 1 year of supervisory role
• Willing to perform shift work in accordance with the Duty Roster
