    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Prepare and cook dishes from both Western and Italian cuisine.
    • Creating and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recipes
    • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
    • Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards at all times.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
    • Assist with the development of new menu items and specials as needed.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the kitchen.
    • Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
