- Prepare and cook dishes from both Western and Italian cuisine.
- Creating and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recipes
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist with the development of new menu items and specials as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the kitchen.
- Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
