    About the team:

    About the role:

    The ideal candidate is highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for connecting with diverse individuals and cultures. He/she is committed to cultivating an extraordinary culture, elevating the employee experience to enhance integration, and driving productivity. You will play a crucial role in supporting the People Ops & Experience team to enhance our POE functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

  • Support the team to lead and manage engagement initiatives end-to-end, encompassing planning, execution, and logistics for events such as engagement surveys, All-Hands, and team bonding sessions.
  • Build communication content for culture-building and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of onboarding & offboarding of Aspirers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Manage workplace facilities, pantry & vendor management, and Finance liaison for invoices.
  • Conducting diligent and manual monitoring of employee recognition programs to ensure seamless implementation and effectiveness.
  • Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience.
  • Analyzing and assessing the current engagement efforts and gaps.
  • Research projects and conduct analysis.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Full-time student in Singapore, ideally be able to commit full-time / part-time for 3 to 6 months from May 2024
  • Majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize your workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, written and verbal communication, and the ability to empathize with others
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience in HR/ Events Management
  • Based in Singapore (would need to execute events locally)
