The APAC Media Lead, is responsible for:
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS- Own the development and ongoing maintenance of APAC Communications plan and calendar, covering media relations, client and internal communications for special projects and other business requirements on any annual basis

  • Partner with APAC leadership across internal communication requirements covering regional and country activity; providing guidance on key message development inline with regional/country strategies and direction, drafting content, editing, and proofreading and distribution where required.
  • Collect submissions, prepare appropriate content, editing, proofreading, putting into template, and manage distribution.
  • Update Intranet homepage with relevant content
  • Support development and delivery of internal events
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS- Support the development and roll-out of engaging, integrated multi-channel campaigns in line with an annual occupier research program; cascading outputs regionally/divisionally to internal & external audiences

  • Be recognized as a specialist in delivery of communication solutions and an allround project manager with excellent attention to detail
  • Support the development of external client events

Responsibilities:


  • Develop communications plan, covering media relations, client and internal communications for special projects and other business requirements
  • Develop awards program and strategy and coordinate/write submissions
  • Assist with design and management of CRM activities, e.g., client events, corporate merchandise, etc.
  • Develop strategy/tactics to market the client's brand and occupier offering to customers using existing vehicles, Campaign Logic, and new approaches
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategy for client across Asia Pacific, including web, Twitter, Property Information Site, social media platforms, etc.

Required Knowledge & Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability in delivering results requires skills of a handson communications specialist, with strategic insight
  • Demonstrated experience in a broad marketing role in advertising, property, financial or professional services
  • Fluent in all aspects of the marketing brand, media buying, digital, print production, web, outdoor
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, strong project management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities, specifically business writing, executive communications, creative writing
  • Client focused, demonstrating ability to provide quality service and advice within Marcomms arena
  • Sound decisionmaking capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization with excellent presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to implement regional process in varying Asia markets
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packages Word, Excel and Outlook. InDesign an advantage.
  • Hands on experience in photo and video editing using software and editing tools

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 yeareducation in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, public relation, economics or commerce (experience in property industry an advantage) or Professional Marketing Accreditation e.g. CIM/CMMP
  • 5 years+ experience in marketing management in a servicerelated industry
  • Presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Writing skills and ability to edit existing writing
  • Strong knowledge of major Asia markets would be an advantage
