We are looking for a community manager who will join Moledao team and help us build awareness and traction for the Moledao community globally.

Moledao is a community to connect and develop budding entrepreneurs, facilitating collaborative efforts towards building the Web 3 ecosystem.

We are a community-led company that targets developers and founders as customers. You will bring your ideas, experience, and local knowledge to help us build our community globally.

Responsibilities:

Lead the establishment and execution of Moledao's community strategy.
Educate local projects and developers on Moledao activities.
Engage with key partners such as ETH Foundation, Polygon, Solana, and more on joint initiatives and collaborations.
Establish relationships with key influencers and other marketing partners to help drive project awareness and adoption.
Growing and engaging the global community on Discord, Twitter, and other platforms by planning activities, creating discussions, answering any inquiries and etc.
Host meetups, events, and AMAs to build Moledao awareness and community engagement.

Qualifications:

Polytechnics Diploma or equivalent and above.
Fluent in English.
Handson experience with growing and engaging communities in the Blockchain or tech industry.
Experience building and moderating developer communities including but not limited to channels such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit.
Good writing skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Experience creating and launching community initiatives such as webinar series, contests, and other local programs.
Keen interest in and familiarity with crypto and blockchain concepts.
Digital marketing and social media experience.
Advantageous if you have a strong knowledge of crypto and blockchain.
