Key Responsibilities

• Proactively involve with operational tasks and contributing to the business strategies
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
• Shadow business leaders to learn how to lead effectively and motivate a team to achieve personal and team objectives.
• Withhold a strong knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting objectives set out at the start of the traineeship.
