    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about F&B business to join our HR team as we expand our business.

    This candidate will be assisting the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR administrative and coordination.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform HR-related duties at the Administrative level such as New Hire, Orientation, Employment, Labour Relations, Leave Administration
    • Keep accurate records of Employee Attendance, Leave, and Welfare
    • Monitor and follow up on Employees' Confirmation and Performance Evaluation / Appraisal
    • Assist HR Business Partners in giving HR support to the Operations
    • Assist HR Business Partners in Recruitment matters
    • Handle general HR and Administration tasks
    • Any other duties as may be assigned

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or other relevant courses
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
    • Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
    • Good Team player
    • Good written and spoken communication skills
