The platform of LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics in Singapore (100 persons - 5 brands: Dior, Guerlain, Fresh, Make Up Forever and Benefit) is supporting the fast moving and growing business in the region by providing flexibility and reactivity in the supply.

Within an international and multicultural environment, the GUERLAIN team is now looking for a new Demand Planner.

Based in Singapore regional distribution center, you will be a key contributor to the supply chain organization by consolidating and challenging the forecasts of all Asian subsidiaries (China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand), proposing demand actions to achieve common business targets between supply, demand, sales and marketing teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES

Size inventory

Define and communicate the target stock level and stock model for the regional hub according to life cycle (new products, basic items, phasing out ), distribution channels and expected service level

Deploy Inventory

Ensure the inventory deployment is done according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with central demand management, local distribution planning, demand planning and customer service teams
Allocate the products by channel according to the short and medium term priorities
Control the availability of products, identify and report the shortages / stocks excess risks

Rebalance inventory

Identify opportunities of product rebalancing in APAC and worldwide distribution network

Manage Product Life Cycle Management
- plan and organize new product launches and end of life product strategies in cooperation with the Sales / Marketing / Forecasting / Distribution planning departments
