    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    The Senior Manager, OT Cyber Security is part of the OT Team who will be responsible for the management of vulnerability assessments to Keppel's computer systems and servers including detection, management, preventive and advisory of security vulnerabilities.

    Job Description

    • Work with internal stakeholders for all new investment deals
    • Build in OT cybersecurity requirements which aligns to local government legislation requirements into the Basic of Design (BOD)
    • Ensure that the BOD is aligned to Keppel's cybersecurity compliance and participate in RFP, reviewing the customer requirements from Cyber Security's perspective for any new controls and SOP requirements and comply with comments against additional efforts in terms of costs
    • Develop country specific OT Cybersecurity SOP
    • Implement and constantly reviewing the Ops cybersecurity SOP and keep it updated with relevance to customer and international standards and requirements.
    • Work with the contract team for New DC Projects and/or DC operating contracts – SLA commitment with reference to SLA obligations.
    • Pro-actively advise the Ops OT team for any potential vulnerabilities that are received from different sources based on the current Ops environment that are filtered with relevance to Ops Environment and track for closure
    • During Cybersecurity Incident act as Incident Manager including SLA escalation monitoring and resolutions
    • Work with Internal and Certifications team as well with external and Internal Auditors In briefing our Policies, Sops and standards and working on Gap closure with Artefacts after the remediation completed by the OT Engineers
    • Work on updating the Technical Risk register and Risk Metrics based on the Dynamism in the threats landscape and our OT Environment

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education
    • Min 8 years of relevant experience
    • Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions
    • Proficiency with antivirus and security software
    • CISSP MS Sentinel certifications will be required or Equivalent practical knowledge
    • Able to work with a sense of urgency and with attention to detail
    • Effective organization skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
