    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Equipment Control

    1. Weekly equipment report for Management.
    2. Gathering various depots movement report from depot and agents respectively.
    3. Oneway freeuse – Monitor and follow-up after each arrangement conducted.
    4. Issue Rental Recovery from if any unit exceeded the freedays.
    5. Plan and execute the empty repo activity, keep track the empty repo cost, and update the empty repo cost into weekly Actual and Monthly Budget file.
    6. Monitor the booking projection from all ports to ensure equipment are in balance.

    Detention Management

    1. Ensure maximize the Detention collection for non ISC Area: - CN (SHA, NGB, TXG, TAO, ZJG, SHK), SGSIN, MY (PKG & PGU), TH (BKK & LCH), VNSGN, ID (JKT, SUB, BLW, BTM), MMRGN,
    2. Deliver the Monthly Summary report within target time frame.
    3. Efforts needed on data gathering from TDR, Web Portal (vessel schedule), Terminal system, and Depot movement report.

    Trade Operation

    1. Slot Invoice verification
    2. Verified the slot cost from various feeder operator, with provide the BL number/copy

    Feeder Operation

    1. Invoice verification
    2. Manage fresh water and oil usage of Barge and request to top up from 3rd party supplier.

    System Development

    1. Working closely with System Developer for the user requirements.

    Requirements

    • Around 2-3 years working experience in the container shipping or freight-forwarding industry.
    • Proficient in Microsoft excel, especially with VLOOKUP and pivot table.
    • Strong communication skills and customer oriented.
    • Tertiary education and above, preferably in shipping, logistic management, or business administration.
