Systems Analysts Role

BA Skill Set (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Systems analyst (technical focus) for Regulatory Trade Reporting
Requires understanding of Derivative Reform ()
Preferred understanding of SFTR, MIfid, G20, OTC Derivatives FinFrag 39 ,MiFID2, Reconciliation
Requires working knowledge of Derivative products and related systems front to back trade processing
Review and clarify Business Requirements from stakeholders
Analyze and document requirements using Agile methodologies with advanced analysis techniques such as rule tables, decision models, sequence diagrams, swim lane diagrams as needed
Identify and resolve system requirement conflicts crossJurisdiction and global regions.
Verify requirements, scope and priorities with business, systems and testing stakeholders
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including change and traceability.
Ensure acceptance criteria/test cases cover functional requirements

Qualifications:

7+ years Derivatives Regulatory Reform Trade Reporting to the Regulators
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills (for example, with requirement walkthroughs with business and IT)
Strong relationship management skills with global business and IT teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills reflected by involvement in complex projects
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban
Working knowledge of derivative products
ETD, OTC, Rates, Credit, FX, Equity, Commodities
Working knowledge of JSON, XML, FPML, messaging and rules based systems
Working knowledge of fronttoback processing (trade execution, asset servicing, settlement, and clearing)
Working knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, adhering to standards
Working knowledge of requirements management and planning
Working knowledge of solution assessment and validation
Preferred experience in systems development
