Hello We are a small local renovation firm with over 30 years of renovation and construction experience since 1993

Looking for a
Full-Time Adminstrative Clerk to handle our business affairs

  • Generating invoices and quotations as per Project Managers' requirements.
  • Basic human resource management.
  • Basic mathamatics knowledge for simple accounting purposes.
  • Able to use computer softwares i.e. Microsoft Office, One Drive proficiently.
  • Must be able to speak/ write fluent English.

Working Hours/ Benefits:


  • Monday
  • Fridays, from 9am 6pm/ 8am 5pm.
  • Flexible lunch hours.
  • No overtime work.
  • 13thMonth bonus.
  • Basic annual leave + paid medical leaves.
