Logistics Assistant - Singapore - MONSOON HAIR HOUSE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Fulfil outlet stock needs, through accurate packing of stocks and ontime delivery
- Responsible for timely delivery of stock, equipment as well as documents or reports from outlets
- Maintain and update stock cards in accordance to incoming and outgoing issues
- Participate in periodical stock count exercise
- Weekly inspection, maintenance and checks of outlet facilities, machinery & etc.
- Liaise and follow up with external contractors for repair and maintenance
- Assisting in road shows and event, from set up to tear down, including but not limited to delivery and return of props and stocks, physical dismantling and packing at site, etc.
- Maintenance and cleanliness upkeep of company vehicle and warehouse
- Any other logistics duties and manpower support, as required by the Company from time to time
