My client is a well known player within the Semiconductor industry and is looking for a
Process Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development and Improvement: Dedicate yourself to process development and improvement, relieving technical responsibilities from module managers and providing training to emerging talents.

New Process Development: Take charge of new process development and transfer in each module, ensuring cutting-edge solutions and advancements.
-
Leadership in Process Improvement: Lead process improvement efforts, including initiatives to enhance yield and reduce defect density in each module.
-
Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership by guiding and coaching the process team in each module, showcasing mastery and breadth of your technical discipline.

Innovation and Problem Solving: Contribute to advances in the state of the art and the company's technical position by solving problems with cutting-edge approaches, establishing problem-solving methodologies, and championing innovation.

Qualifications:

Education: PhD/Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the wafer fabrication industry.

Technical Expertise: Broad and deep knowledge of technologies, with a proven contribution to market deployment strategy and customer acceptance.

Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and lead cross-functional teams.

Analytical and Project Management Skills: Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities to drive successful outcomes.
