The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.

Prepare and cook meals (i.e. lunch, tea and dinner) according to planned menu and / or specific diets of the residents whenever required.
Ensure ingredients for meals are properly cooked and kept in a most hygienic condition
Ensure quantity for every meal is sufficient for the residents and the staff to prevent wastage.
Responsible for washing of cutlery/utensils after every meal
Ensure cleanliness at food preparation area, stove, kitchen floor, utensils, cooking equipment etc.
Maintenance of refrigerator in the most hygienic condition (wash, clean and clear expired/rotten food).
Perform stock take (count and record cooking ingredients / items taken out from store).
Responsible for the ordering of all raw ingredients/dry goods/provisions/ for cooking weekly (including daily vegetables and meats).
Person in charge for the keys to the store, refrigerator and dry goods cupboard
