    Job Description

    The Company together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") are building a sustainable ecosystem to make the world a better place.

    We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer ("COO") to oversee our Group's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for the efficiency of business.

    The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. You shall also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

    The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

    The candidate must have a passion for the environment and climate change issue.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
    • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
    • Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency of the Group.
    • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes of the Group.
    • Establishing enduring policies that improve and promote the Group vision and culture to strengthens operational efficiency and generate revenue.
    • Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
    • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
    • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
    • Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

    Professional Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Science.
    • Proven at least 7 years' experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
    • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
    • Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
    • Knowledge in Sustainable sector will be an advantage.

    • Superior Organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities.

    • Strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed.
    • An excellent team player, with good work attitude and ethics.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments.
    • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and one other regional language.
