$2600 - $2900, with incentives

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in day-to-day operations to gain comprehensive insight and proficiency in executing duties Undertake management trainings, and assume responsibilities focusing on sales management.

Primarily concentrate on Front-of-House (FOH) services, while also gaining exposure to Back-of-House (BOH) operations. May need to step into Kitchen/BOH roles as per required. Undertake other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Enforce and uphold compliance to Company SOPs, adhere to governmental regulations, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained within the store Fulfil any other spontaneous duties as required by operational demands.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Hospitality or related fields Preferably with some experience in F&B - cafes / restaurants / similar capacity Passionate about service and skilled in interpersonal interactions Exhibits strong team player and self-driven characteristics
